Solar and LED Lighting Buyer FAQ

Practical answers about SUNDE products, quotation requirements, OEM customization, model-specific documents and project selection.

Which products are available in the SUNDE catalog?

The current catalog includes solar street lights, solar flood lights, LED flood lights and a portable solar power station. Compare the listed models and configurations rather than assuming every product has the same battery, control mode or documentation.

What information should I send for a lighting quotation?

Send the model or product type, required configuration, quantity and destination country or port. Add branding, packaging, required documents and preferred trade terms. For a project, also describe the installation site and lighting schedule. Pricing must be confirmed in a written quotation for the selected configuration.

Can SUNDE discuss OEM branding and product customization?

OEM discussions can cover logo placement, carton artwork, manuals and product configuration based on samples or graphic designs. Send the target model and a clear customization brief. Feasibility, minimum order quantity, development work and timing must be confirmed for that scope before an order is approved.

What site information is needed to select a solar street light?

Provide the installation country and city, pole height, road width and layout, pole spacing, nightly operating hours, dimming or sensor requirements, cloudy-day backup and target illuminance. These inputs guide panel, battery and lighting configuration. Runtime and illuminance should not be guaranteed from advertised wattage alone; final engineering verification may require IES data or a lighting simulation.

How should I compare integrated and split solar street lights?

Compare the installation layout, actual light output, battery energy, panel capacity, maintenance access and operating schedule. Integrated and split designs have different component layouts, so choose a model around the site conditions rather than assuming one structure is always better. Ask the sales team to explain the exact proposed configuration.

Does a factory assessment certify every lighting product?

No. The Intertek supplier assessment concerns the company and the operations evaluated in that report. Product certificates and test reports must be matched to the selected model, configuration and destination requirements. Request the exact documents; a company assessment does not establish approval of every product for every market.

Which models are covered by the published SF22902 documents?

The published LVD, EMC, RoHS and REACH documents identify LED floodlight models SD-SF22902-1 to SD-SF22902-5. Review each original document for its exact scope and report details. These files must not be assumed to cover a different model, a solar floodlight variant or the whole SUNDE catalog.

What warranty applies to my selected lighting product?

Warranty must be confirmed for the exact model and configuration in the written quotation or order terms. Ask which components are covered, what exclusions apply and how a claim is handled. Do not treat a general catalog statement or a different model's warranty as the terms of your order.

Are minimum order quantity, samples and delivery time the same for all models?

No. Minimum order quantity, sample availability, cost and lead time depend on the model, configuration, customization and order requirements. Send the desired quantity, destination and required delivery date so the sales team can confirm the applicable terms in writing before you order.

Does the website inquiry form send my request automatically?

The current static website prepares an inquiry for WhatsApp, with email as a fallback. Review and send the message in the opened app or email client. Preparing the message is not proof that SUNDE received it; contact the sales team if you need confirmation.
